The New LeganceTM II Patio Door Features

1. Reduced Step Height
2. New and improved monorail design with improved air/water infiltration test results and smoother operation.
3. A hanging screen featuring “accu-track,” anti-racking system, reduces screen jambing and ensures smoother operation.
4. A superior wedging interlock to increase security and tighten the seal between sashes.
5. ALL WELDED CONSTRUCTION, featuring a cut and notched sill for superior looks and rigidity.
6. Standard Features & Options:
• Standard integral “loop” handles featuring a trim line look with dual point grappling hook locks, available in white, earthtone, and safari brown exterior. Brass loop handles are optional!
• Standard dual grappling hook lock can be upgraded to keyed multi-point lock with quadruple mortise locking points.
• Optional triple glaze 7/8” insulating glass units (13/16” is standard). Muntins not available in triple glaze.
• A recessed, brass throw-bolt with multiple engagement points is mounted on the trailing edge of the operating sash.
7. Door sizes are revised to reflect the following (height on all doors is 79 & 3/4”): Widths are:
   • 5' = 59 1/2” 2 sections (equal panes)
   • 6’ = 70 1/2” 2 sections (equal panes)
   • 8’ = 95 1/2” 2 sections (equal panes)
   • 9’ = 107 1/8” 3 sections (equal panes)
   • 12’ = 143 7/16” 3 sections (equal panes)
   • Jamb width is 4 3/4”
8. Available in white, earthtone, and safari brown exterior. (Safari Brown exterior is only available with white interior). Interior lamination features both the oak and pine paintable/stainable foils.
9. DreamGlas® and muntin options remain the same.
10. The LeganceTM II is NFRC and ENERGY STAR® compliant.
