Manufacturing Technology

Our vinyl windows, vinyl decking and vinyl siding is manufactured using high tech equipment at United States Plants.  Throughout the various series of window and door systems, we use state-of-the-art technologies, including fusion welding of frame and sash components. Sashes and frames with fusion-welded corners virtually last forever.

Along with advanced systems of insulating glass, your windows and doors from Cornerstone Windows are constructed of rigid, low maintenance Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) components. Specially formulated virgin vinyl compounds from Georgia Gulf ® are custom blended and extruded for each framing component application. This state-of-the-art extrusion capability allows Cornerstone Windows to give your windows and doors added insulation and strength through multiple chambers as well as varied profile designs and thickness'. You also have the option of our exclusive Vycap process (two colors of vinyl, co-extruded into a single piece), and DreamWood® (our wood capping process), with vinyl outside and true wood inside your home.
